Elementary School, Junior High School & High School

The Foreign Language Center offers a Creative Activities in English program for students in Elementary School Grades 1 and 2. Drawing on rich and colorful materials, and designed to engage children's cognitive and emotional development, we have created a special educational program featuring experiential language activities, such as songs, games, vocabulary cards, pantomime, arts and crafts, and storytelling.

Additionally, a supplementary program of studies has been developed for students from Elementary School Grade 3 through High School Grade 1. This program is designed for those aiming to achieve a solid level of English and prepare for Cambridge English certification exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE & CPE). These exams offer students an excellent opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication. The program incorporates modern teaching methodologies and is delivered by carefully selected qualified educators.

Lessons are structured into three cycles, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe.

1st cycle– Beginner Level A1, A2, B1

The KET (A2) Flyers is the highest level of the Cambridge English: Young Learners (YLE) tests, specifically designed for young learners. These exams offer students an excellent opportunity to demonstrate they meet the required standards for both oral and written communication in English at the beginner level.

The KET assesses students' skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

The PET (B1) Preliminary demonstrates the ability to use English at a threshold level. Holders of a B1 Preliminary certificate can understand and communicate in everyday situations, both in written and spoken English.

The PET assesses students' skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

2nd Cycle – Intermediate Level B2 (Lower)

The B2 First (FCE) is one of the most widely recognized English language exams, accepted by thousands of businesses and educational institutions worldwide. The B2 First certificate demonstrates that students are able to:

  • communicate effectively, express opinions, and present arguments
  • follow news and current affairs with ease
  • write clearly and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different viewpoints
  • produce various types of texts, such as letters, reports, and stories

3rd Cycle– Advanced Level C1 (Advanced), C2 (Proficiency)

The C1 (CAE) certifies a high level of English proficiency, suitable for academic and professional success.

Preparing for the C1 Advanced exam helps students strengthen their skills and equips them for study in English-speaking countries.

Holders of a C1 Advanced certificate are able to:

  • attend academic programs taught in English
  • use English effectively in professional settings
  • participate actively in professional meetings and academic courses or seminars
  • use English with ease in everyday life.

The C2 (CPE) is the highest-level certificate offered in our program, demonstrating that a student has reached an exceptional level of English.

Holders of a C2 Proficiency certificate are able to:

  • attend demanding academic programs, including Master's and PhD studies
  • negotiate and persuade effectively in high-level administrative or international business contexts
  • grasp the deeper meaning of complex written texts
  • discuss complex or sensitive topics
  • express themselves fluently in writing on any subject.

At the end of the school year, the Foreign Language Center organizes educational/cultural trips abroad. Students enrolled in the Center will be given priority for these trips.
