Effective teachers continually learn and evolve throughout their careers. Our School’s investment in training its educators has always been of great importance in helping them effectively carry out their demanding tasks. The continuous education/professional development program is designed to meet the needs and demands of educators, addressing their specific requirements in various subjects. The training program of continuous training/professional development "EDUCATE THE EDUCATORS", innovative in its design and unique in its scope and all-inclusiveness, aims to cover the needs of teachers across all grade levels. It is primarily available to HAEF teachers, with selected programs also available to educators from other schools.
The program’s objectives are:
- to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and emotional intelligence of educators, which are key elements for the development of good educational practices in every phase of their professional lives.
- to provide faculty with the tools to enhance and develop professionally and create opportunities for them to interact with other educators as members of a learning community that shares common education and pedagogical goals.
We organize training sessions conducted by our own teachers, external organizations, and collaborators, as well as renowned professionals from Greece and abroad. They cover topics specific to various disciplines, as well as more general topics that concern teaching, pedagogy, psychology, and counseling. Our teachers also attend training activities abroad, in accordance with the school's needs and their individual interests.
