As part of the PYP, Psychico College Elementary School Grade 5 students engaged in a hands-on STEM activity inspired by the international "F1 in Schools" program. Working in teams, students designed and built their own model racing cars with the goal of competing in interschool races. Each student took on a specific role, such as chief designer, team coordinator, presentations or sponsorships manager, collaborating with enthusiasm and dedication. Throughout the process, they developed their communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, merging creativity with technological thinking. This project was a dynamic example of learning through action, offering students the opportunity to explore their talents and interests in a fun, collaborative environment.
