“Shapes, Colors and…. Emotions” Interdisciplinarity through the Works of Athens College Junior High School 7th Grade Students

With great joy, pride and emotion we present the works of 7th grade Athens College Junior High School students, executed as part of the MYP Interdisciplinary Unit on “Shapes and Colors.”
Through the prism of interdisciplinarity, students explored geometric objects (straight lines, triangles, quadrangles, circles) and their properties while simultaneously traveling through the world of colors.
Studying Wassily Kandinsky during this difficult period of isolation, students had an opportunity to express their experiences and emotions through their work.
