Cooking

A hands-on course for beginners. We will apply simple techniques to create delicious recipes for first courses, salads, main courses, and desserts. Classes are held in the fully equipped kitchen in the Glafka building.

Automation and robotics

The courses promote critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork and leadership skills through robot programming, construction and assembly.

Indicatively students will work on projects such as:

a.      Electrical Circuit and Scratch Project: play a soccer match with your friends in an alternative way. You will need to turn off the electrical circuit and connect the Makey Makey board.

b.      Dance Floor: Build a dance floor with the help of conductive materials and the Makey Makey board (Scratch).

c.       How to build a "smart city" and drive the Ozobot Evo through it, by writing code (Scratch and/or Python depending on the level).

d.      Make your own Mega Blaster with little bits

The precise program will be adapted to the needs of the students who enroll.

Entrepreneurship – Pioneer Pathfinders

An experiential and interactive program that will introduce students to the world of innovative entrepreneurship. Through a series of workshops, exercises and activities, students will become familiar with creating new ideas, business planning, marketing, branding, financial planning and presentation skills. The program includes a range of guest speakers, giving students the opportunity to become inspired by successful entrepreneurs and market experts.
