As part of the 20^th Axion Hellas initiative in Rodopoli, Serres, Psychico College Elementary School actively participated in the educational activities held in the area. More specifically, two Engineering activities were developed in two Elementary Schools, in Rodopoli and Ano Poroia, with the participation of Psychico College Elementary School teachers. Students from these remote areas were introduced to the philosophy and methodology of the activities designed at the Boston Museum of Science, which form the core of the Engineering subjects developed at our School.

Teachers and students developed fruitful ideas and envisioned solutions to everyday problems, while designing and implementing mechanisms to address them (e.g., water purification). Finally, they tested their skills in aerodynamics and high speeds by participating in Formula 1 races with model vehicles they built themselves.

At the same time, the Psychico College Elementary School community collected books for students at the two Elementary Schools and created two beautiful libraries, furnished and carpeted.

The overall initiative was a resounding success, and Psychico College Elementary School renewed its appointment with remote Greece as part of one of Axion Hellas's upcoming initiatives.
