The students of the Environmental and Gardening Club and the Entrepreneurship Club participated in a special educational activity this year: they harvested olives from our School's forest, transported them to the oil mill with the help of teacher Mr. G. Tzouvistas, and learned how pure olive oil is produced step by step. The olive oil was bottled amid excitement in the school dining hall, with the children taking an active role in each stage. With joy and pride, our fresh school olive oil was offered at the Christmas Bazaar, supporting our School's activities and programs.
