On Monday and Tuesday, November 3 and 4, Psychico College Elementary School Grade 1 students participated in an educational program dedicated to the olive tree, a plant of great importance in Greek tradition and culture.

Through a series of hands-on activities, the children learned about the history and characteristics of the olive tree, observed its morphology, "combed" its branches, performed quality checks on the olives, and discovered the beneficial properties of olive oil.

The program concluded with an olive oil tasting, offering students a rich and memorable experience of one of the most treasured products of the Greek land.
