Athens College-Psychico College Elementary School student collaboration

On Monday, February 12, 2024, students of section 3δ of Athens College Elementary visited section 3γ of Psychico College Elementary in the framework of their cooperation in the program "Arts in education and the concept of diversity", which was jointly designed by the teachers-advisors of the two sections, Ms. Gafa and Mr. Billianos.
In this second session, students came into contact with works of art. They observed paintings and discussed their ideas and reflections on the history behind these works, but also on the concept of diversity as it is depicted by great painters. They then worked in groups recreating the paintings and expressed their thoughts and feelings. The children deserve congratulations for their enthusiasm and the fruitful dialogue they had with each other.
