In the context of the PYP interdisciplinary unit "Where we are in place and time" (Wo wir uns in Zeit und Raum befinden), Grade 5 students had the opportunity to learn about the history of Oktoberfest, the world's largest folk festival, which takes place every year in Munich. The children had the opportunity to see the evolution of the festival through time.

At the end, as every celebration has its own specialties, they all prepared the famous potato salad with sausages in the school dining hall and were transported to Munich for a while.
