As part of December’s Value of the Month, “Solidarity, Volunteerism, Cooperation," the Student Community of Psychico College Elementary School decided to organize a collection in order to help the Ivory Coast Consulate.

The work of Greek Action in Africa is multifaceted and does not exclusively concern itself with solving specific problems faced by the peoples of Africa.  On the contrary, it embraces every aspect of their lives, with special emphasis on providing knowledge to the people of Africa and creating an unbreakable bond between Greece and Africa. It is worth noting that the wing of one of the schools in Ivory Coast has been named “Psychico College” in recognition of the steadfast support that our school has offered to the Ivory Coast Consulate.

The action, titled “solidarity bag,” concluded with resounding success. A total of 34 carboard boxes filled with bags of toys were collected for the children of the Ivory Coast orphanage named “Hellas.”
