Student Brings Home 1st Prize in Embassy of India Arts Competition
Our students earned significant distinctions in the “Shankar On-The-Spot Drawing & Painting Competition,” organized by the Embassy of India in Greece on Saturday, November 16, 2019.
In the 14-16 years of age category:
1st Place | Athina Lee | IB1 |
In the 8-10 years of age category:
2nd Place | Georgios-Errikos Vernardakis | 3rd grade A.C. Elementary School |
3rd Place | Giannis Charatsis | 4th grade P.C. Elementary School |
Runner-up | Ioannis-Odysseas Ntoulis | 4th grade A.C. Elementary School |
In the 5-7 years of age category:
Runner-up | Louiza Kosi | 2nd grade P.C. Elementary School |
The competition was held at Campion School on Saturday, November 16, 2019. It is organized annually to commemorate the birth of Jawaharlal Nehru (November 14), the first Prime Minister of India.
