Notice regarding personal data processing: Your personal data will be used by the organizers strictly for communication and organizational purposes concerning the course/courses you wish to attend (communication regarding changes, postponement and/or other procedural issues). Your relationship with the organizer (Employee, parent, other) is required in order to control the eligibility of participants to attend the course. Your professional experience and qualifications help courses’ organization and contents’ formulation. Your home address may be used by the organizers to send the certificates of attendance. The legal basis of your data processing is your request to attend the course (art.6.1.b GDPR). Your data will be processed only for the courses' purposes, after the conclusion of which they will be duly erased, unless you have another relationship with the organizer (employee/parent) based on which another legal basis for processing is applied. Courses’ platform: The electronic platform used during the course/courses is ZOOM. Information regarding the platform’s function and data processing are available here. The ZOOM meeting ID and Passcode will be sent to all participants, who are to add their name before joining the Zoom meeting (the one they choose to be displayed and identified by the organizers). Kindly note, that participants should not share their Zoom link or code on social media. Participants are free to activate/deactivate their cameras and microphones, however, conforming to remote courses’ regulations and netiquette. During the course the organizer may take screenshots, that may be included in a presentation regarding the courses held, uploaded to Athens College website ( and/or internal presentation (students magazines, internal reports etc). Again, it is noted that participants may deactivate their camera.
