Our Philosophy
Growing with confidence, responsibility, and purpose
The Junior High School years bring new experiences, increasing demands, and greater independence. The Psychoeducational Team supports students throughout this journey discreetly, giving them space to grow, gradually assume more responsibilities, and move forward with confidence.
Developing self-awareness and meaningful relationships
Friendships, a sense of belonging, and peer relationships become increasingly important. Through everyday school life, students learn to understand themselves better, listen to others, and build relationships founded on respect and trust.
Fostering autonomy and responsibility
In Junior High School, students learn to set goals, organize their time, and overcome challenges. The Psychoeducational Team supports this process by helping them identify effective strategies, develop their strengths, and respond to difficulties with increasing independence and self-confidence.
Creating the conditions for growth
When difficulties arise that affect a student’s educational journey, the Psychoeducational Team collaborates with teachers, School Administration, families, and, when necessary, external institutions, so that students can actively participate in the educational process and make the most of their abilities.
Encouraging participation and initiative
Through groups and shared activities, students learn to collaborate, express their ideas, take initiative, and contribute to a wider community. In this way, they discover the value of participation and learn that even small initiatives can have an impact.
When school and family move forward together
Collaboration is built on open dialogue, mutual trust, and respect for adolescents’ developmental needs. The Psychoeducational Team maintains ongoing communication with families, providing stable points of reference while allowing students to gradually shape their own path.
Beside every journey, a team
Teachers, specialists, and families work together, while respecting each adolescent’s personality, privacy, and growing independence. Every young person needs space to discover their own voice, along with the reassurance that they do not move forward alone.
