Psychico College Junior High School students participated in the International School Competition "3rd edition of International EU-CONEXUS School Contest  - Think Smart, Create Green" that took place on Wednesday, April 5, and qualified for the International Finals, which will be held online on Thursday, May 4, 2023.

The team of Psychiko College High School consists of the following students of the Environmental Club: Eleni Marinaki, Monika Beracha, Argyro Tsilika, and Fenareti Chasapi. Under the guidance of the supervising teacher Ms. Angeliki Zoupa, students created a smart and sustainable port that will produce green hydrogen fuel from renewable energy sources and will incorporate smart technologies, creating wider environmental, social and economic sustainability in the region.

The competition is organized by the European University for Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability EU-CONEXUS and invites students to transform an existing area into a smart and sustainable one.

As the winner of last year's competition, the 2022 Psychico College Junior High School team has been officially invited to this year's event in order to share its experiences with the other participating teams and to inspire other students through its participation.
