The World U20 Athletics Championships took place in Nairobi, Kenya on August 17-20, 2021.

Elli Deligianni, SAKA athlete and member of the National Team, competed in the 800m dash, taking 3rd place with a time of 2’04”66.

Gerasimos Kampitsis, a Psychico College High School Junior, competed as an alternate member of the National Team in the Relay 4x100m (despite belonging to the more junior Paidon category), placing 6th in the final ranking and setting a new Junior Panhellenic record with a time of 40”07.
