Abstract:

More than a Teacher: Navigating the Complexity of Educators’ Evolving Roles

The future for which we are preparing our learners poses challenges that grow more complex with each passing year. The challenge of preparing students for that future likewise grows more complex. What kind of learning will prepare our learners for the complexities and the unknowns of the world they will inherit? And how does the role of the educator need to change and evolve in order to support that kind of learning for their students?
