International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Year 1 students

Dear Parents,

As we are in the midst of the 2nd semester, please be informed that online Parent-Teacher Conferences to discuss students’ progress (all General High School grades) and Year 1 of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme will take place on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 17:00 to 20:00. 

The process you will follow in order to communicate with your children’s teachers is exactly the same as the one you follow for your weekly meetings. You will have an opportunity to book an online appointment with your children’s teachers starting Thursday, April 15, 2021, 08:00, through Monday, April 19, 2021, 23:59.  After this deadline, you will not be able to make another online appointment for this afternoon parent-teacher conference session. Please note that from Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 08:00, through Thursday, April 15, 2021, 08:00, the system to book online meetings will remain disabled in order to be updated with regard to the April 21st conferences.

Communication via MS Teams is as follows:

1.     Log on to MS Teams using your personal identification / password.

2.     After you log in, you will see a list of teachers (groups of Teams) with whom you have booked appointments.  At the scheduled time, you enter the teacher’s team and select “join” in order to notify the teacher of your presence.

3.     Then, depending on the order of priority, the teacher will accept your invitation and communication begins.

4.     Each meeting will have a maximum duration of 5 minutes.
