The Psychico College English Department organized a series of activities for all our students and teachers to get into the Christmas spirit.

Sparkling decorations and twinkling lights, cheerful carols and acts of kindness, that’s the magic of Christmas! Students made crafts, read stories, wrote cards to the people they love, didn’t miss a chance to sing songs and exchange wishes with children from schools in other parts of Greece!

The students of the English Debate Club decorated Christmas baubles that were sold at our School's Christmas Bazaar. They also sent cards with warm wishes to the students of the school in Giannouli, an area that was affected by the recent floods in the region of Thessaly.

The students of the Journalism Club recorded a Christmas podcast describing how they spend this season with their families every year and what Christmas really means to each one of them.

The Let’s Bake a Cake Club decked the halls with traditional Christmas cookies which were devoured in no time!

Ms. Katie Hurwitz, our Fulbright Fellow, shared the Christmas traditions and culture of her hometown, New England. She passed out postcards featuring photographs taken by her dad, on the back of which our 4th graders wrote their Christmas messages to their family and friends.

Some 6th grade classes made pop-up posters to send wishes to the students of a school in Gazi, Crete.

Giving, not getting, brings to full bloom the Christmas spirit!

Merry Christmas everyone!
