To the Parents of Junior High School 9th grade and High School 10th & 11th grade students

Dear Parents,

In order to best organize activities for the upcoming academic year, we are sending you the Optional After-School Activities Program that will be offered during academic year 2021– 2022 for all High School grades. Classes take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: they begin immediately after the normal school day ends and terminate at 17:00.  Classes are offered at no additional cost to parents.  In the event that the School operates on a distance-learning basis for any period of time due to COVID-19, activities will be offered through the MSTeams platform.

The Program offers a wide range of subjects for all three high school grades. We strongly recommend that you encourage your child to attend classes that interest him/her as we believe that they help to significantly improve student performance. It should be emphasized that sections are created only if a minimum of 5 students enroll.

The attached registration form must be completed and returned to the High School Secretariat electronically (Ms. Koutsopoulou, email: [email protected]) no later than Wednesday, June 30, 2021. 

We remind you that students who are signed up for the HAEF school bus transportation system (to and from School) can use the late afternoon school buses are at no additional charge. Those not enrolled in the HAEF school bus transportation system, or those enrolled to use school bus transportation one-way, will incur an annual fee of 250€ to sign up for the use of this service.

The Optional After-School Activities Program will commence on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
