Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 16:00 to 19:00 parent-teacher conferences will be held virtually, where you will be able to meet with your children’s teachers in regards to their academic progress.  In order to book each meeting, please follow the exact same procedure used for booking your weekly meetings with teachers.

You will be able to book an electronic appointment with your children’s teachers from Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 8:00 through Monday, November 22, 2021 at 23:59.  After this time you will no longer be able to book a virtual meeting for the parent-teachers conferences.  Please note that from Wednesday, November 17, 2021 until Thursday, 18 November 2021at 8:00 the online appointment system will remain closed, so that it can be updated for the November 24 meetings.

More specifically, please follow the steps below in order to set up your appointments via MS Teams:

1.     Log into MS Teams with your username and password.

2.     Once you enter the system, you will see the list of teachers (as Teams groups) with which you have booked an online meeting. At the time of your scheduled meeting, please join the teacher’s group by clicking Join to notify the teacher of your presence in the virtual meeting room.

3.     The teacher will then accept your request to join the meeting maintaining a priority line based on the time you have set the appointment. 

4.     Each meeting will last for a maximum of 5 minutes.
