Dear parents,

It is known that our School Library carries out Literacy-Reading Appreciation Programs to help children cultivate positive attitudes towards reading.  These programs are implemented by our School’s librarians in cooperation with teachers.  Children read, discuss, analyze and express themselves creatively on a range of topics related to the content of the books they have read.

In addition to the enjoyment that books give to our young readers, having students read the recommended books during the summer enables us to implement the Reading Appreciation Programs scheduled for the upcoming school year at once.

Besides, we believe that the proposed books will serve as a wonderful companion to children during moments of summer leisure.

The recommended books for each grade level are as follow:
