Psychico College Elementary School: Library – Grade 2: From a roll of paper to an entire neighborhood!

Inspired by the book “Young Frank, Architect”, Grade 2 students at Psychico College Elementary School participated in the educational program “Transformations: From a roll of paper to…,” presented by Ms. Anna-Maria Vlassi in our School’s Library.

The program was delivered to all Grade 2 classes as part of the transdisciplinary theme “How We Organize Ourselves,” with a focus on the neighborhood.

The children explored the world of architecture and discovered how everyday objects can be transformed into something new. They then stepped into the role of young architects, using just three materials to bring their own neighborhood ideas to life.

It was a wonderful experience that brought literature and creativity together, giving students the opportunity to experiment, express their ideas, and let their imaginations run wild.
