On September 5 and 6, twenty-one teachers from our School participated in a training event on Restorative Justice and Peace Circles—contemporary pedagogical practices that promote dialogue, mutual respect, and constructive conflict resolution within the school community. Through experiential activities and group discussions, participants explored tools for fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe school climate, with an emphasis on building relationships, empathy, and cooperation.
