Psychico College Elementary School — Team Building Activities

As part of preparations for the upcoming school year, Psychico College Elementary School teachers participated in an experiential team-building activity on Wednesday, September 2, led by Alexandros Papandreou of the NGO Charismatheia.
Through creative, collaborative activities, teachers communicated, exchanged ideas, took on different roles, and sought shared solutions. Collaboration, communication, and active participation were the main focus.
Through the reflection that followed, the experience was connected to school realities and the core principles of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), including collaborative learning, differentiation, and meaningful participation for all members of the learning community.
The activity marked a creative start to the new school year and reminded us that the collaborative culture we aim to nurture in our students begins with us.
