Ioanna Anastasopoulou, an IB DP Year 1 student at Psychico College, earned 2nd place nationwide among 11th-grade students and was recognized as one of the top-performing students (11th and 12th grades) in the final written examinations of the Panhellenic Economics Competition ERMIS, organized by the Athens University of Economics and Business. The competition finals were held on April 4, 2026.

In addition, Ioanna secured a place on the four-member Greek National Team that will represent Greece at the International Business and Finance Olympiad (IBFO 2026), to be held in Bucharest, Romania, from August 3–6, 2026. Her selection was based on her exceptional performance in the written examinations of the National Final of the Economics Olympiad, which took place at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on March 15, 2026.

Ioanna has also distinguished herself internationally by participating in the Homerton College Essay Competition at the University of Cambridge. Following the evaluation of submissions by the competition’s academic committee, she was selected to attend the Homerton College Essay Conference, which will be held at the University of Cambridge on August 11, 2026.
