As part of a pilot program taking place this week at Psychico College Elementary School, and in an effort to create a calmer school environment for our children, the bell is “taking a break” and will only ring at the end of recess, while the start and end of lessons are guided by the clock and the teachers.

At the same time, students move through the hallways quietly and respectfully. Through this initiative, time management skills and the cultivation of well-being in daily school life are reinforced.
