On Friday, April 3, 2026, as part of the celebrations for the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, an event titled "Sports as a Force for Life" was held at the College Theater in Psychico for the students of Athens College and Psychico College Junior High Schools and High Schools.

The keynote speakers were Maria Polyzou, Michalis Seitis, and Lykourgos Stefanos Tsakonas, who spoke to the students about their personal experiences and the difficulties they faced, offered advice on training and discipline, and shared their memories of participating in the Olympic Games.

The event was coordinated by physical education teachers Letta Stathopoulou and Vicky Karkaletsou, and by the Student Council of the “A” Association.

Representing the “A” Association were students Angelos Kantzos-Kontogiannis, Angeliki Tryfonopoulou, Sofia Kitsopoulou, Theodoros Aslanoglou, Orestis-Eleytherios Kountouris, Emmanouil Alevras, and Pavlina-Eyfrosyni Konstantopoulou.
