The students of Class 2C at Athens College Elementary School enthusiastically undertook a special outreach initiative, crafting handmade Easter candles. With the support and guidance of their teachers, they worked with creativity, imagination, and a lot of love, creating unique candles to bring joy and hope to fellow human beings in need. The candles were donated to the “Galilee” Palliative Care Center in a symbolic act of solidarity and giving. Through this initiative, the children cultivated values such as empathy, cooperation, and volunteerism, demonstrating that even the smallest acts can have a significant and meaningful impact.
