On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Ms. E. Andrioti, Music teacher at Athens College Elementary School, participated as a speaker in the online workshop titled: "Harnessing STEAM practices in the School Music Classroom." She represented our school by presenting her STEAM teaching scenario: "Mystery in the Rainmus Music Tribe!"

The workshop was organized by the Department of Music Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in collaboration with the Regional Directorate of Primary and Secondary Education of Attica.

During the event, speakers highlighted the opportunities and future prospects of using interdisciplinary STEAM approaches in music education. The theoretical framework connecting music with science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics was explored, with particular emphasis on the use of artificial intelligence in designing music education scenarios.

Through presentations, speeches, and creative dialogue, the workshop promoted a post-digital, multimodal, and experiential music pedagogy that responds to today's students' needs and interests.
