The IB DP CAS Day, a one-day event aimed at familiarizing the school community with the aims of the CAS Programme through an abundance of related activities, took place for the second consecutive school year on November 5th, 2025, with great success.

The activities that took place included:

Α. Presentations by 29 organizations which are supported by IB DP Year 2 students through their CAS Projects (Fund Drive, Liberty Guide Dogs, HELMEPA, ELEPAP, ELPIDA, Make A Wish Greece, The Home Project, etc.)

Β. Presentations of IB DP Year 2 students' CAS Projects, which are already complete or will take place off campus.

C. Activities within the framework of IB DP Year 2 students' CAS Projects, such as:

• Cross-country race in support of ELEPAP
• Relay race in support of YPOSTIRIZOUME
• Basketball matches in support of The Home Project
• Tennis tournament in support of AROGI
• Chess tournament in support of ΑΝΙΜΑ
• Bake sales in support of various organizations (e.g., STRAY.GR, ESTIA FILOTHEIS, WHEELING2HELP, BOOKS FOR AFRICA, etc.)
• Sales of handcrafted goods such as stickers, bookmarks, cloth totes, candles, etc., in support of a large number of organizations (e.g., MISSION ANTHROPOS, POWER OF A FLOWER, HUMANITY NOW, etc.)
• Concert in support of LIFELINE
• Campaign to reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles in the Psychico Campus

The event constituted an excellent opportunity for

• IB DP Year 2 students to promote their work
• IB DP Year 1 students to be inspired by their classmates and the participating organizations’ presentations
• parents and the broader school community to become acquainted with the CAS Programme.
