On Wednesday, October 8, our School was filled with smiles and excitement as Elementary School Grade 6 students visited the Grade 1 classrooms to meet their "first graders", part of a cherished tradition that connects older and younger students.

The students exchanged crafted "getting-to-know-you" cards, created with imagination and care. They talked, laughed, and then headed outside to enjoy time together in the schoolyard. This event marked the beginning of a series designed to help our youngest students transition smoothly into school life. At the same time, it encourages Grade 6 students to develop responsibility, empathy, and a sense of community.

Through this warm meeting, bonds of trust and mutual care began to form — connections that will be nurtured throughout the school year.

And so, the journey begins!
