On Wednesday, May 7, Elementary School Grade 3 students participated in an inspiring and interactive science program led by renowned nanotechnology expert, engineer, author, and founder of Nanogirl Labs Michelle Dickinson, widely known as Nanogirl.

Through a series of captivating experiments, students were introduced to fundamental scientific concepts in an experiential and engaging way. They explored acid-base reactions using colorful "unicorn noodles," discovered the fascinating properties of cabbage as a natural pH indicator, and had fun recreating the sound of a chicken using only a cup, paper, and string.

The presentation concluded with an experiment called the "fire poem," which demonstrated a combustion reaction, and taught students how flames are formed. The day was filled with excitement, creative learning, and inspiration, making it an unforgettable experience for all who attended!
