Psychico College Elementary School - Grade 6 Exhibition

Psychico College Elementary School - Grade 6 Exhibition

May 7, 2025

On Tuesday, April 29, Elementary School Grade 6 students presented the outcomes of their Entrepreneurship project to their parents and peers.

The event began with classroom presentations, where each class shared the steps they had taken - from founding their "company" to the sale of their products. The presentations were delivered entirely by the students to their respective parents.

The second part of the exhibition took place in the Indoor Atrium. There, each class displayed its work on individual boards, and tables were set up with entrepreneurship folders detailing each group's activities. This setting allowed all attendees to explore the students' work and understand the operations and goals of each student-led "company."

A portion of the proceeds from product sales was donated to the School's scholarship fund, as well as to NGOs selected by the students.

This project was part of the 4th interdisciplinary unit of the PYP, titled "How we organize ourselves". It offered students a valuable, hands-on experience of how businesses function, providing them with an authentic introduction to the adult world.

Through collaboration, students took on roles, set goals, exchanged ideas, and worked together with a shared purpose: to bring their entrepreneurial vision to life!
