Psychico College High School students Antoniadis Stylianos-Nikolaos (IB DP Year1), Valletta Faidra (High School 2) and Stamoulis Efthymios (High School 2), after winning the first place in the Panhellenic Competition of Experiments in Natural Sciences, participated in the Greek delegation that represented our country in the European Olympiad of Experimental Science (EOES 2024). The Olympiad took place in Luxembourg from 7 to 14 April 2024 and our School's team was awarded with a bronze medal.

A total of 44 three-member student teams from 23 EU member states and an invited team from Ukraine (135 students in total) competed in the Olympiad. The aim of the Competition is to give students the opportunity to feel like "real" researchers and to perform experimental activities in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in which they compete with students from other countries. The topic they study differs each time and requires an interdisciplinary approach.
