The National Sailing Team Qualification Races for Optimist boats 2023-2024 took place on March 14 – 18, 2023. Athens College Grade 9 student, Eleni Alchanati qualified for the National Team which will represent our country in the European Sailing Championship 2023, which will be held in July, in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki.

She also won 1st place in the European Team Championship held on March 19, 2023, and will represent our country in the Team Races which will take place in August, in the Netherlands.
