The Greek National High School Athletics Championship took place on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 in Volos. 2 students from Athens College and 14 students from Psychico College took part.

Please note the following achievements by our students:

• Gerasimos Kampitsis (Γ3 PC) 1st place in 200m, with 21”83 (final) and 21”80 (qualifiers). This is a new best time for the College. He qualified for the World Schools Championship.
  
  
• Anna-Maria Ivic (Β3 PC) 1st place in 400m, with 58”26. Qualified for the World Schools Championship and is participating in the European K18 Championship.
  
  
• Virginia Kouloumenta (Γ3 PC) 1st place in high jump, with 1,67m. Qualified for the World Schools Championship.
  
  
• Maria-Erietta Spanou (Α7 PC) 2nd place in 3.000m, with 10’28”22.
  
  
• Athanasios-Marios Zygouris (Β3 PC) 2nd place in 800m, with 1’55”48.
  
  
• Iasonas Roussos-Papadatos (Γ4 AC) 4th place in high jump, with 1,89m.
  
  
• Amalia-Christina Toutziaridi (ΙΒ1 PC) 4th place in high jump, with 1,64m.
  
  
• Athanasios Kottaridis (Β5 AC) 5th place in 110m hurdles, with 15”22 (final) and 14”42 (qualifier). This is a new best time for the College. He qualified for the European K18 Championship.
  
  
• Markos Koukoularis (ΙΒ1 PC) 6th place in 3.000m, with 9’24”40.
  
  
• Konstantinos Sarantopoulos (ΙΒ1 PC) 6th place in 800m, with 1’59”48.
  
  
• Anna Gkioka (ΙΒ1 PC) 7th place in 800m, with 2’25”22.
