Grade 1 – “My Self”

Grade 1 students presented a heartwarming musical theatre performance titled “My Self.” Through songs, movement, and theatrical scenes, they shared what they had discovered about themselves—their emotions, their potential, and their uniqueness. The performance marked the culmination of a beautiful journey of self-discovery, physical development, and emotional intelligence.

Grade 2 – “Around the World in 80 Days”

Grade 2 students took us on a journey around the world through a musical theatre adaptation of Jules Verne’s classic novel “Around the World in 80 Days.” Following the adventures of Phileas Fogg and Passepartout, they presented countries, cultures, and diverse lifestyles they studied as part of the transdisciplinary theme “Where We Are in Place and Time.” With energy, humor, and creativity, the children demonstrated that learning can become an exciting journey of knowledge and discovery.

Grade 3 – Musical Concert “Our School Woods”

Grade 3 students presented a special musical concert titled “Our School Woods.” Inspired by nature and the timeless message of peace, they combined their voices and musical talents in a moving celebration. Through songs and melodies, they highlighted the importance of respecting the environment and fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Their performance beautifully connected musical expression with their transdisciplinary explorations within the PYP framework.

Grade 4 – Traditional Greek Dances

As part of Culture Day, Grade 4 students performed traditional dances from various regions of Greece. With enthusiasm, energy, and excellent coordination, they brought key elements of our cultural heritage to life. Through this hands-on experience, they developed a deeper understanding of local traditions, collaborated creatively, and cultivated respect for Greek folk culture. Their performance filled the stage with colors, music, and images from every corner of Greece.

Grade 5 – STEAM Activities

Grade 5 students presented a variety of STEAM activities, showcasing how Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics are creatively integrated into the learning process. They first introduced their methodology and projects to their parents, and then transformed the classrooms into vibrant laboratories for experimentation and discovery. Through hands-on projects, collaborative challenges, and problem-solving activities, all guests actively participated, experiencing the joy of exploration and innovation.

Grade 6 – Exhibition and Graduation

Culture Day concluded with two particularly significant moments for Grade 6 students. First, they presented their Exhibition, developed as part of the transdisciplinary theme “Sharing the Planet,” where they shared their research, activities, and conclusions on issues that concerned them as active global citizens. With responsibility, creativity, and confidence, they presented their work, demonstrating the skills they had developed throughout their elementary years.

The day culminated in a moving graduation ceremony. Our graduates celebrated the completion of their six years at Psychico College Elementary School, reflecting on cherished memories, friendships, and experiences that will stay with them forever. With smiles, emotion, and optimism, they bid farewell to elementary school and embarked on a new chapter in their educational journey—ready to continue learning with the values and skills they have acquired over the years.
