As part of our efforts to network and develop international partnerships, we were extremely pleased to welcome Mr. Mark O’Brien, Erasmus Coordinator at the European School of Luxembourg Primary School.

During his visit, Mr. O’Brien observed English-language classes, gaining firsthand insight into the teaching practices implemented at our School and interacting with students and teachers. He also participated in activities organized by the Environmental and Gardening Club, where he learned about the initiatives our students are developing to promote environmental awareness, sustainability, and active participation in school life.

His meeting with our School’s Assistant Director, Ms. F. Kafetzopoulou, and the Erasmus Program Coordinator, Ms. M. Giannakopoulou, was particularly constructive, as they discussed prospects for cooperation between the two schools within the European Erasmus+ program. The exchange of ideas and best practices highlighted shared interests and laid the groundwork for future joint initiatives and educational partnerships.

The visit is part of our school’s outreach strategy and efforts to strengthen the European dimension of our educational approach, offering valuable opportunities for collaboration, experience exchange, and professional development for our educational community.

We warmly thank Mr. O’Brien for his presence and look forward to a creative and long-term collaboration between the two schools.
