Visitors to the exhibition of works by students from the Creative Workshops and the Theater Performance of the Lifelong Learning Programs enjoyed an evening filled with creativity and enthusiasm on Friday, May 22. A packed hall at the CAPPS building featured exhibits from the painting, glass, jewelry, macramé, furniture restoration, and art de la table workshops. The musical program featured the group guitar class, the choir, and the group saxophone class, followed by a demonstration by the three Greek traditional dance groups. The Tai Chi demonstration offered a moment of tranquility, and then we all moved to the Theater for the performance of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
