Entrepreneur Mr. Kotalakidis delivered an inspiring speech to the members of the Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility Club on the role of entrepreneurs today. He spoke about the importance of temperament and character for those entering the business world, emphasizing that perseverance, adaptability, and creativity are key to success.

At the same time, he highlighted the great significance of business experience and in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, both of which lead to meaningful and sustainable decisions. He placed particular emphasis on soft skills —communication, collaboration, and problem-solving—skills that, as he noted, are systematically cultivated in the PYP Inquiry Units and contribute to students’ overall development.

The meeting concluded with a discussion and questions from the students, who had the opportunity to approach entrepreneurship from a more human, practical, and socially responsible perspective.
