In March, the students of our School had the opportunity to experience memorable moments in the Library through book presentations, stories, and poems that transported them to imaginary worlds, pages of history, and new ideas, sparking their imagination and creativity.

Grade 3 students were introduced to the fascinating world of Jules Verne through the book "My Name Is Jules Verne" by Marietta Kondou, exploring scientific ideas and adventures.

In Grade 4, one class learned about the history of Greece and the heroes of the 1821 Revolution through a presentation by Ms. Eugenia Manolidou. Another class traveled into the world of aviation, inspired by the book "The Red Umbrella in New Adventures" by Ms. Elpida Minadaki, while the students of a third class were introduced to children’s poetry through the book "Still a Child" by Ms. Stavroula Pagona.

Grade 5 students were introduced to poetry and timeless values through “The Journey of Fereyntun” by Mr. Grigoris Chaliakopoulos. Following this, Ms. Anna Maria Vlassi presented the novel “The Runaways” by Ulf Stark, discussing intergenerational relationships and the importance of family communication. Another class also attended a presentation of the book “The Red Umbrella in New Adventures,” by Ms. Minadaki herself.

In Grade 6, the children embarked on a mystery adventure through the book “Lily and Alex: A Ghost Story” by Mr. Antonis Milonakis, exploring themes of friendship, family, and cooperation. Meanwhile, another group explored the Greek Revolution through the book “1821: An Exciting Journey Toward Freedom” by Ms. Maro Vasiliadou.

All these encounters gave the students the opportunity to discover new stories, express their thoughts and feelings, learn joyfully, and further cultivate their love for literature and history.
