Violetta Pavlou is an educator and graduate of the Department of Primary Education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her interest in personal and professional development issues led her to participate, from 2014 to the present, in systematic and continuous training courses on developing communication skills, strengthening mental resilience, conflict resolution, and crisis management. Her master's degree is in "Counseling and Career Guidance" from the European University of Cyprus.

She has worked in the Human Resources Department of Laiki Bank and has participated in numerous training courses on labor relations management, decision-making skills, policy development, etc. She has been working as a teacher since 2002, and since 2005 she has been working at Athens College. She has participated in and created programs and activities related to issues of well-being, environmental protection, and social awareness and responsibility.

From 2022 to 2025, she was Deputy Director at Athens College Elementary School, and in June 2025, she became Director of Athens College Elementary School.

She has been trained at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
