The PanHellenic High School Swimming Championship races were held February 3 – 5, 2017 at OAKA (Olympic Athletic Center of Athens).

Eleni-Maria Stefanou, 11^th grade student at Athens College High School, took 1^st place in the 100m butterfly and Eleftherios Manios, 12^th grade student at Psychico College High School, took 2^nd place in the 100m breaststroke.
