The Final Round of the 48th Panhellenic Boys U16 Basketball Championship took place September 1-5, 2021 in the Indoor Gymnasium of the Panhellenic Sports Club (Panellinios Gymnastikos Syllogos).

Athens College High School Grade 9 student Orestis Vlassis, participated with his team and ranked 4th.
