Dear Parents,

On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, from 16:30 until 19:30, you can teleconference via MS Teams with your child’s teachers to discuss his/her progress.

In order to communicate with the teacher(s) with whom you would like to speak, you need to make an appointment starting Saturday, April 3. 08:00, through Sunday, April 11, 2021, 20:00.  The procedure to book an appointment is the same as the one you follow for weekly meetings.

Communication via MS Teams is as follows:

·       The parent logs on to MS Teams using his/her personal identification and password.

·       The parent views a list of teachers (groups of Teams) with whom he/she has booked appointments.  At the scheduled time, the parent enter the teacher’s team and selects “join” in order to notify the teacher of his/her presence.

·       Then, at the scheduled time, the teacher accepts the parent’s invitation and communication begins (each meeting has a maximum duration of 5 minutes).
