Psychico College High School Qualifies for the Final Round of the PanHellenic F1 Student Competition

The VELOC Racing Team, member of Psychico College High School’s F1 in Schools Club – comprised of 10th grade students Georgios Kollyriotis, Panagiotis Marketos and Stylianos Vamvakas, as well as 12th grade student Stepan Knounis -  qualified for the final round of the PanHellenic F1 in Schools Competition that will be held at Anatolia College in Thessaloniki on April 24 -26, 2015.

 

The VELOC Racing Team placed 5th amongst 20 teams in the qualifying round of the Competition, held in Athens on March 6-8, 2015.

 

The multi-disciplinary challenge, F1 in Schools Competition, is the largest global competition in technology, and one of the most comprehensive educational programs that inspire students to learn more about Natural Sciences, New Technologies, Mechanics and Mathematics.

 

Teacher-Advisor of the F1 in Schools Club is Mr. Prokopis Kostoulas.
