Dear parents,

With the aim of providing students with preventive measures, raising awareness, and keeping them informed, the Counseling Offices of Athens College and Psychico College High Schools have created a series of short videos that will be shown to High School students in the coming weeks.

The topics of the videos will be:

·       The Importance of Effort and Challenges

·       Managing Everyday Life during the Pandemic

·       Stress Management

·       Adolescent Friendships and Interpersonal Relationships

·       Using Technology

The videos will then be uploaded on the School’s website, under the respective Counseling Office’s pages, where you will be able to access them.

At the same time, as of last week some of the Adolescent Encouragement Teams have begun, while others will follow suit in the upcoming weeks.  The Teams are comprised only of students who expressed interest and whose parents consented.
