Application Process for Extraordinary Financial Aid due to the Pandemic

Parents whose household finances have been adversely affected by the COVID19 pandemic may apply, if they wish, for extraordinary tuition assistance by completing the special application form.

All applications and supporting documents will be reviewed by a Special Committee and will be answered by Friday, July 9, 2021 Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the latest.

Supporting documents that must be submitted:

1. The fully completed special application form.

2. Income tax clearance certificates from the previous two tax years, 2019 & 2020 (or administrative determination of income tax) of both spouses or the person financially liable for the payment of tuition (in the event of debt underwriting).

The application form, together with supporting documents, must be sent electronically (pdf format) to: [email protected].  In the event that clarification is required, inquiries may sent to the same email address.

The deadline for submitting the application form – supporting documents is Friday, June 25, 2021

The deadline for submitting the application form – supporting documents has been extended until Tuesday, August 31, 2021.  Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Kindly note that parents whose children already receive scholarships or who are members of the HAEF staff are not eligible to participate in the above process.

Instructions for a Safe College Year

As part of the new reality imposed by the coronavirus pandemic, our School is strictly adhering to State guidelines and is taking all necessary measures to protect the health of its students, teachers, staff and, in general, all those who visit our facilities.  Unequivocal and complete observance of protection measures and a helping hand from all in this effort are necessary to maintain Athens College a safe environment.

All implemented measures are coordinated by the School's Medical Services.

Please be informed that until further notice the entrance to the College’s campuses in Psychico and Kantza will only be allowed with an indication of a 72-hour negative COVID-19 self-test.

In the following sections, you will find useful information about the daily operation of the School, which is carried out in accordance with directives issued by the Ministries of Health, Education and Religious Affairs, and Culture and Sports, as well as guidelines, as applicable, from the National Public Health Organization (EODY) for primary and secondary education. This page will be updated regularly, depending on the latest developments.

Over the course of the year, COVID-19 diagnostic testing for College students, parents, and employees wishing to undergo this procedure is possible at a reduced price at IASO Hospital with which HAEF has signed an agreement. In order to take advantage of this, it is necessary to complete the relevant form (ΙΑΣΩ_ΚΟΛΛΕΓΙΟ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ).
