IB The Arts 2022: Film, Music and Visual Arts
Throughout the duration of their two-year study in the International Baccalaureate Diploma courses of Film, Music and Visual Arts, students engage in research, critical thinking, and experimentation using a wide range of different approaches and techniques, video editing, and musical compositions. Students push and challenge their personal boundaries by exploring ideas and concepts which lead to the creation of film, music and art pieces that reflect their personal view of the modern world.
At the end of the second year of the Programme, students curate their own exhibitions. Τhey are usually held on the school premises or at various external venues and museums. This year, however, due to the current circumstances, we have created a virtual Arts Exhibition comprised of all student pieces from the Film, Music, and Visual Arts classes.
While touring this virtual Exhibition, you will find video compilations from our Film students, musical compositions and recordings by our Music student, and 19 spaces where our Visual Arts student pieces are individually displayed.
